This causes us to then shine the light of the מה חדש that causes the awakening of the letter הא, that represents the שכינה, that has been sleeping in the exile, to return to her place, thus completing the 45 Name of Hashem of מה, where before it was only טל. Because of this, the שפע only entered into this world as drips of טל, thus the G-dly influence can barley be felt in the present time of the גלות.
Understand that הוד fixes our פגם בדעת by the way through our heart.
This is the secret of the number 1532, which can be understood as 15 (הוד) and 32 (לב).

Have the kavana that first mention of the Name of Hashem is referring to the שם מה (the 45 gematria Name of Hashem) of עולם יצירה (the World of Formation) the bottom of the pipe from which the שפע (the Spiritual Influence of G-d) flows, and the next mention of the Name of Hashem refers to the שם מה (the 45 gematria Name of Hashem) of עולם אדם קדמון (the World of Primordial Man-the highest world), the top of the pipe, the place where the שפע begins to flow down from the אור אין סוף (the Infinite Light of Hashem).
When saying the word אחד (one), have the kavana to connect both Names in אחדות (unity). Pause a moment and say in your heart with the greatest feeling of love, ואהבת (And you shall love), adding the gematria of this word 414 to the total gematria of the verse of שמע that you just said, being 1,118, to make the total of 1532, allowing the כוח (power) of הוד (Hod) to enter your לב (heart) to begin the rectification of the פגם בדעת (blemish in our level of knowledge).
Keep in mind that there are six words.
Now join them to the 9 words of the קדושה (special prayer said during the repetition of the Shemona Esray - Prayer of 18 Benedictions.

4. Say Tehilim (Psalms) Chapters 120-134 - 15 שיר המעלות
Have the kavana that these 15 Perekim are of the aspect of הוד, that help to bring a person to the level of mature דעת (knowledge).
Have the kavana when saying the word המעלות (the accents) these 14 times, that it is understood as מה-עלות (the 45 value Name of G-d ascends), that the Name מה should manifest below, and the light from it should ascend to be seen from above.
Have the kavana when saying the word the one time it is written, למעלות (to accents), that the letter ל is the connector and hint to the word and level of יהודה (Judah), whose gematria is 30, who all of Israel are now connected to, since לא יסור שבט מיהודה (there is no tribe that is missing from [the tribe] of Judah).
When concluding the last chapter (134) ,קלד ,have the kavana of adding this value 15, to the value 30 of יהודה (Judah), thus making 45 , that manifests the מה חדש (the 45 value Name of Hashem that we newly cause to be manifested through our efforts) that shines its light that awakens the הא,(the final Hebrew letter -Hai, that also represents the Shechina (the presence of G-d in this world), causing it to return to its place to complete the Name of Hashem of מה in עולם יצירה (the World of Formation).
Now get ready to say Chapter 135, but before you begin, have the kavana to draw down the שפע from all 3 Names of מה, whose gematria totals 135, which is קלה.
Now have the kavana that these letters קלה mean, "her voice, a hint to the voice of the Shechina who has now returned to her place from the exile. One should then say this chapter, to unify all three levels and Names of מה. There are many hints to this within this Perek (chapter) itself.
5. Say Tehilim (Psalms) Chapters 118, 51, 119, 90
Have the kavana of the words spoken by אברהם, in Breshit 18:4, יֻקַּח־נָא מְעַט־מַיִם ("Take please, a little water") where the gematria of each word corresponds to the same chapter of these Tehilim (Psalms).
The purpose is to have the magnified power (power of a magnet) that gathers the 288 fallen sparks, and directly elevate them through the greatest Navi (prophet) of all time, משה רבנו (Moses our teacher). By doing this, we make this needed Tikun (rectification) finally, that will bring us at last in peace. This is the remez to both, בשלום; where the letter ב is a hint to (Blessing) ברכה and בקש (requesting/searching). It is בקש שלום that is the action we need to do here below that causes the reaction above that will cause the ברכה של שלום (the Blessing of true peace) to descend on the הרי ציון (Mount. Zion) that will then spread throughout the rest of the world.

Have the kavana that the words of this chapter, were on the shield of דוד המלך (King David), thus this was and is the real מגן דוד (Shield of David). The gematria of מגן דוד is 107, the sigma of 107 is 5,778, a hint to this year.
Now have the kavana that the amount of letters in this chapter are 233 which is the same gematria of עץ החיים (the Tree of Knowledge), that because of acquiring some aspect of this higher level of mature daat, we are now able to eat from it in this year of 5778. This is a further hint from the gematria milui of עץ החיים being 778.
Those at the Ma'arat Hamachpela could add the additional kavana concerning the words about its purchase by אברהם, that he paid, בכסף מלא (full [weight] in silver) the gematria of 233.
9. Blow the Shofar 3 times (Tekiah, Shevorim, Teruah)

Everyone who attends or wants to take part in this special gathering should bring their shofar if they have one! In conclusion of this event and gathering, we will blow our shofars, with the kavana of it being השפר (the shofar) with the gematria of 585, with the understanding that the first long blast is called תקיעה (Tekiya). These kavanot are the understanding of bringing אחדות (unity) to עם ישראל,(the Nation of Israel) and אחדות of this עולם תחתון (lower world) with the עולם עליון (upper world). Thus the gematria of תקיעה is 585. This is to be then divided by 45, the שם מ״ה, which equalsis 13 - אחד (one).The same is then for the kavanot of השפר, with its blowing. After, we take both values of 13- אחד, and unite them to manifest that in essence all is the שם ה״ויה -(the Holy Name of G-d - י-ה-ו-ה) the gematria of 26, with the kavanot of מ״ה.

Have the kavana for each of the 3 sounds, that the first corresponds to the newly manifested 45 value Name of Hashem, this being the (Ma Chadash).
The second sound corresponds to the rectified 45 value Name of Hashem of עולם יצירה (the World of Formation).
The third sound corresponds to the 45 value Name of Hashem of עולם אדם קדמון (the World of Primordial Man-the highest world).
Teruah- Kavanot/Intentions
Understand the word תרועה as being תרוע-ה(א). Understand that the gematria of תרוע is equal to 676; this being 26 x 26, representing the full power of the Name of Hashem (י-ה-ו-ה). Sound 26 staccato blasts with the kavana that it is through the full power of this name of Hashem according to its full form and value of 45, that will awaken the final letter הא, that once fully awake will return to her proper place.
